Note

We are looking to develop our production team. We need people who are willing to learn all different levels of technology from simple computer knowledge to advanced sound theory and light design. If you have ANY expertise in these fields we are looking for Supervisors. If you are interested and have little to no experience we are willing to train you.

Purpose

		Help people engage in worship
		Clearly illustrate sermons
		Clearly provide necessary information to the church
		Bridge transitions more smoothly
		Develop our multi-media resources and methods

Sample Jobs

Visual Tech - Operate our EasyWorship™ software and PowerPoint during services for worship, messages, video and backgrounds

Audio Tech - Work in hand with the worship leaders and operate the sound board

		Shift Leader - Make sure that all transitions run smoothly and needs sensitivity to what the Holy Spirit is doing and adjust music and lights appropriately. They need to be able to make clutch decisions and pay attention to detail
		Video Author - Utilize various video hardware and video editing software to generate multimedia movies. These will be used during service, advertising and special events.
